Accessing Details via the Internet
To access details of your holding:

Go to www.computershare.com
- Click on 'Investor Centre' under the 'Securityholders' heading
- Enter the 'Holding Summary' inquiry on the left hand tool bar under 'Enquire'
- Enter the company ASX code (SYL), your SIN/HIN and postcode
- Click 'OK'
This will then take you directly to your holding; from here you will be able
to see your holding balance, communications and direct credit instructions.
Dividend Reinvestment Plan
Sylvastate Limited offers shareholders a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP),
whereby dividends paid by the company can be taken in the form of shares
instead of in the cash form. If you wish to fully or partially participate
in the DRP, please read the terms and conditions in the DRP
information booklet and complete
the DRP Application Form.
If you do not wish to participate in the DRP and instead wish to receive your
dividends in the form of cash, please complete the Direct Credit Form so that
the company can pay dividends directly into your bank account. Sylvastate Limited
does not make dividend payments by cheque.
